That gate was firmly planted. Call upheld.
Definite charge. Feet never moved. Didn’t lean into the offensive player. Outside the circle. I could watch good defense like this all day!
I saw the story on this thing. Guy was tired of bikes using his pathway so he put that fence up. Seems to be effective.
I'd like to read that. Seems like an overreaction; these riders are getting hurt. Hopefully he at least has a sign up to warn them.
I've seen this on reddit before. Apparently from another angle the gate is painted almost the exact same color as the ground and some cyclists don't see it until they're a few feet from it.
Whoever owns that gate really should put some reflective tape on it or paint it bright yellow.
These people are hitting this rail at 20+ mph with only a helmet. There shouldn't be content.
Imagine living on a road and being upset by the noise from bicyclists.
