Bowen

LOL we haven't even reached February yet and multiple posters are predicting that Bowen probabably leaves because he didn't play against one of the better defensive teams in the country. Settle down, lads.
Its not just one game. He's barely been on the court, and when he is he's struggling. That and just watch him on the bench. He does not look happy at all. 10 years ago we wouldn't even have this conversation but the way kids change schools on a whim now, its concerning.

Hopefully he just has RBF

They can change on a whim because they don't have to sit out a year now.

The ncaa doing whats best for them and not the schools or the players.

Bowen had an interview last summer where he talked about just getting better hos first year. He didn't seem to have expectations of playing many minutes much less starting. I think he stays and works on getting his body into college shape and strength. I'd be surprised if he left. Hos was supposed to be his but i think it still stands as is.

Bowen is 8th on the team in minutes and has started a game. Fran leaned on him pretty heavily when Iowa was hit with their injuries back in December. He's also one of the lightest players in the conference so that's the tradeoff for his speed. Fran doesn't need much speed in some of these rock fight conference games. I'd say he's doing pretty good for a true freshman.
