Boy, Has Nebby gotten Screwed in Columbus today!

Another miserable Iowa fan.

Nice. Also, your 12-0 ring. Can't forget that 😅

Everytime Nebby loses, it's because the officials screwed them over.

The crying never ends. Still wondering why the B1G took them?

If they want to succeed, now with Texas and Oklahoma gone, they should go back to the Big12.
Fvcking pussies!
I'm gonna predict Raiola is bolting for greener pastures regardless of how many family members Rhule hires.

This is what it looks like when an OSU coach loses his job.
True. Still I've said all along that some of these guys, (Day, Meyer, Harbough) get built up as geniuses, because they have so much talent to work with that they have their opponents outmanned pretty much all the time. Now this year Day has a decent QB transfer, (not at the level he's had for awhile), and a bunch of injuries to the OL and he doesn't look quite so unbeatable. Its still more about the Jimmies and the Joes, then the X's and the O's....

It's both. Championship teams still require championship coaching. Texas had top 5 and 10 recruiting classes almost every year and had virtually nothing to show for it for the better part of 2 decades. The best coaches are able to capitalize on great talent or raise programs up from modest levels by upgrading recruiting and building great staffs around them. You have to admire what the staffs at Vanderbilt and Indiana have done with those programs.

For sure. My post was more how the guys at the very top schools get more credit then they deserve quite often. Without question Cignetti has lit a fire in that Hoosier program, and he deserves all the accollades , and he'll be B1G coach of the year without question. I do think its interesting though. While so may on here post that teams like Iowa in the west benefitted so much by the ending of divisions, who really benefitted more then teams like Indiana, PSU, Rutgers, and Maryland? They no longer have to play all three of the power teams. Rutgers and Maryland got off to great starts and have fallen apart as they start playing better teams. Even Indiana. They've played a couple of decent teams who are both really up and down, Nebraska, and Washington. Really the only two decent teams they've played in their 8-0 start. Michigan is a shell of last year, and they don't play PSU. Their challenge will be at the Shoe late in November. We'll see if OSU can figure out their OL issues by then. Just saying who would have pedicited not only what Indiana has done, but that things would have fallen into place for them like they have...

Tough for 11 guys to beat 17!
No Nebby lover here, but in the last 30 secs of the half, an obvious Nebby first down run was misspotted by over a yard, causing Nebby to use a timeout then a play of two later, the refs called a phantom “offensive pass interference” on Nebby ending a legit scoring (TD) threat leading to a FG as time ran out.
Phuquin’ Brutus! Fry was right… refs make calls most often that favor the “favorites”..unconsciously (or not)….
Fvck Nebby. Karma is a mfer. Serves them right after all their cheating in the 80s and 90s

Indiana has beaten everyone they've played handily. If they can get their starting QB back they will give OSU all they can handle and more. I think they are CFP bound with a shot at a bye.

B10 refs love maintaining the narrative. It's why you'll almost never see a holding call on the OL against some B10 teams.
Holding calls seem to be a thing of the past these days. I'd love to see some data on holding calls now vs. 20 years ago.
