Granted it looks like they were missing Hall but they've been missing him for 3-4 games now. And granted their schedule has been crazy as usual but damn they got bitch slapped last night. Throw Hall back in the mix and this team still just doesn't have the talent they used to.
You forgot Illinois in your list, who's IMO a top-3 team in the conference right now with PU and IU.
Their top 6 are fantastic, but they fall off a cliff talent-wise after that. Jason Whitens is getting significant minutes right now who I am not even sure if he's on scholarship at MSU--he was a former transfer from Western MI but only averaged 5 ppg there and tore his acl last season.

Not sold on Sparty at all. They were embarrassed last night. And if your top 6 are that good you don’t just get the doors blown off by ND. And they barely escaped Portland last week, though they are much improved.
Their top 6 has been down to their top 4 since before their Portland tournament. They haven't been fully healthy since the Villanova game. They aren't good without Hall & their 6th man, I completely agree. I'll hold off judgement until they get them back, but regardless they are paper thin even when healthy.
This Iowa needs a consistent Kris and Tony to get back to NCAA tournament.
