Big Ten country makes up 4 of the top 10 states by population (5 if you include NJ/NY) and large numbers of those populations went to Big Ten schools.

Anyone who thought there wouldn't be an agreement at least with the states in Big Tel territory was simply put a moron. Comcast isn't giving up that type of revenue.
