Are you referring to the number of TD's he's had since the past two seasons? When I heard them say he's had 31 TD's only second to McSorley I was like, nope thier wrong. Stanley has 35.

This is correct. Generally, live sports broadcasts rely on voice recognition software. You end up getting some very odd captions from time to time.

Yep — current voice recognition software is very good with common nouns. Proper nouns (e.g., names, etc.), however, are pretty much a crap shoot. Gets pretty entertaining.
