Canceling BTN Plus

Just a heads up guys as this may apply to some of you.

When I signed up for BTN plus I went with the all conference package for $14.95 so I could watch other schools. The just Iowa pass only is $9.95.

I sent the email to cancel like many right after the BIGs tourney. I checkk my CC bill today and a few days ago was still charged $9.95. I called the number on my CC statment and asked. Customer service guy said my email only cancelled the full package and still had Iowa access. Go figure right?

So be aware and double check that.

I cancelled my all conference package yesterday via e-mail. Thank you for the info, I might call today and check; just to be sure.
