This guy is pretty accurate in the past and he is the football bracketology guy...just made a recent change 10 minutes ago IOWA/Stanford Rose...Ohio state/Houston Fiesta...FSU/ND Peach...he has iam sure a good source and so close to the noon hour? Eastern standard time

I can understand the Iowa/Stanford matchup. But OSU/Notre Dame makes more sense than OSU/Houston and ND/FSU.

Think about it OSU travels big...they will cover the Houston crowd if they do not travel well...they do not have a bowl travel history...FSU travels well when in a Bcs game...I have been to FSU bowls ...friend a grad..they tend to not show in mass when in a smaller tier bowl(when the season is deemed a disappointment)

No doubt OSU travels well, but I can't see them making a big trip to Arizona to play Houston. After all they've played for the past few years, a matchup with Houston probably doesn't do much for them. I'm sure their fans would travel much better if they matchup with FSU or ND...just like we would

Agreed. I think the BEST Matchups for all involved would be this:

Iowa vs Stanford - Rose
tOSU vs Notre Dame - Fiesta
FSU vs Houston - Peach

You get Florida State and Houston both who wouldn't have to drive far to meet in Atlanta. tOSU and Notre Dame they can just both kill each other and everyone wins :) LOL and then Iowa vs Stanford. The Hawks DESERVE this after what they went through last night, and exposing Stanford would be a perfect way to cap the season :)

The OSU-Houston matchup doesn't make sense money wise. The rumors have the Fiesta making a strong push with the other bowls for a OSU-ND. matchup in the Fiesta.

Playing Standford or Notre Dame would be nice just to stick it to Cowherd.

He would most likely just choose to ignore the matchup though.
