Saw on the front page that this 2020 PG is planning on visiting Iowa. Looking at his highlight vid from 4 months ago, I was very surprised. Serious hops and explosion for a guy listed as 6’0”. He could be a good fit in a backcourt with JoeT and CJ.

I am glad to see that we are in on multiple PGs rated in the top 200 players. So far we've drawn interest from Beard (75), Polk (164), Berry (152) and Pack (177).

I think we'll land one of them.

Looking at his vid more closely, it really highlights his athleticism. A couple good distance shots with decent form, a couple decent passes, but lots of athletic plays. Thinking he’s rated a 3* because he’s being seen as a 6’0” 2G/combo guard. But that would work fine with JoeT- a passer, and CJ- a shooter.

Alley oop passes won't work well at Iowa with our current athletes outside JW. Iowa needs PGs that can dribble drive to challenge at the rim. We already have guys who can stand around and make passes. Bueller......Bueller......Bueller (Connor)?
