I know this topic is old, but I can't express how awful it is. I can't believe people can stoop so low as to vandalize someone's grave. Chris Street deserves respect, as do all the other people buried there. I hope the perpetrators are caught and made to pay for what they did. They should consider adding security measures, like cameras or a fence, to protect headstones. Sadly, it has come to this, but it may be necessary to prevent future incidents. I recently installed Gravestone bench headstones for my deceased relatives, and I would hate for anyone to ruin that. My heartfelt condolences to Chris Street's family and friends.

Stories like this really bother me. It has to be kids without a lick of sense in their heads. I spend a lot of time at my local cemetery back home cleaning headstones as Memorial Day approaches. We take a lot of pride in it. A cemetery should be a place of peace. Hopefully they can figure out who did it and use it as an opportunity to teach an important lesson.
