Circa - Iowa-OSU refund?

I put a whopping $25 on the Hawks. More so because I'm a tight a$$ then didn't have belief. I penciled it out as a 24-6 Iowa win. I didn't have Abe losing. I log in to my account this AM to see a refund when I thought I lost. Anyone know why? Also, my first experience with Circa. Getting my money back sure doesn't seem as easy as it was to give to them. Any word on making that a easier process? Thanks!

Don't use Circa so not sure what their specifics were, but wasn't the spread 14pts? So they won by 14 on 14 pt spread, a push.
