I'm glad C.J.'s getting some PT, but backup QB is a much more desirable and safer place to be on that team than the starter. C.J. can sit the bench and collect a nice paycheck the next few years, and at some point will become the most popular player on the team among fans.

I'm not interested in arguing this, but if think if JG were going to start at some point this season, it would have been this week (after the bye).

Now he can sit back and learn instead of getting thrown to the wolves. A qb is the least of that teams problems.

Agree. That OL is garbage. Btw nice cheer (not all of course) from the "fans" as CJ is on the field hurt. Effin' Douchebags

The actual game experience is big plus for CJ to stick in NFL so that he ultimately could be a long-time backup in the league.
