Correct me if I am wrong. Just got in a "debate" at work.
Part 1: If a recruit wants to commit to Iowa, then Iowa will allow them to IF THE VISITS ARE OVER. Iowa will not "shop" for a better player to give their offer to, and the recruit will not "shop around" either.
Part 2: Iowa will recruit a kid who is committed elsewhere, until they say "I am not interested, my recruitment is over".
Are those two statements correct?
