Our SoS is actually a lot better than most realize, thus far.
It's certainly going to drop as we play some of the weaker teams in the league, but as of now it's on par with most of the Top Ten list.

Dropped to 10th this week. Notre Dame, Michigan State, and Oklahoma jumped ahead of Iowa, with Utah falling. FSU was already behind Iowa last week.
Iowa back up to 8th, jumping ahead of Stanford and Michigan State again.
I took a look at the 5 rankings used in the USA Today College Football Computer Composite (Massey, Sagarin, Billingsley, Colley, Wolfe). Wolfe actually has Iowa #1!
When that comes out later today, I believe Iowa will be 8th in that as well, just one point behind Baylor.
If my calculations are correct:
1. Clemson
2. LSU
3. Ohio State
4. Alabama
5. TCU
6. Michigan State
7. Baylor
8. Iowa
9. Notre Dame
10. Florida
11. Stanford
12. Utah
13. Memphis
14. Oklahoma
15. Oklahoma State
