He was fluid in all positions. Looked fine while on the mat. Slight limp coming off the mat but nothing to be alarmed about

There really wasn’t anything that I was concerned with. He wasn’t on his feet much. Got his first take down in about 5 seconds. Then he did Spencer things. He’s so damn strong and wins basically every hand fight battle. I don’t think he will really be tested outside of Vito, Suriano, Glory. Even in those matchups I still think he’s gonna win his positional battles. The key will be seeing how he does in a scramble scenario, and we certainly didn’t get one of those in his first match.

While waiting for the heavies to get on the mat I switched over to watch the end of the Brooks' match. He almost got beat...held on for a 3-2 win. Would love to see someone knock him down a few notches...
