This may have already been discussed in another thread and if so, apologies if I missed it.
I live in Seattle and started a 2-year contract with Comcast in January. Of course, the pricks dropped the Big 10 network right after I got everything set up. Canceling is not a cheap option, so I need a strategy for watching the games from home. What is the best way to set it up? I appreciate any assistance in advance.

BTN Televised games:

NORTHERN IOWA

FOX Televised Games:
IOWA STATE
NEBRASKA
BIG TEN FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

TBD Televised Games:

Options as I see them (there could be others):

  • Youtube TV and PS Vue offer free 30-day trials. After that, it's about $30-40 per month for either. Both carry BTN as part of their packages.
  • Find a bar that shows the BTN games.
  • Have a friend who will share their TV provider log-in for access to BTN2Go app.
  • Exert your influence over XFinity and get them to carry BTN.

Vue just keeps going up. Started at 30, now 49 dollars per month, still an o.k. Deal but if the rate goes up again, I'll probably drop it and go to sling then reup during football next year.

Does anyone have any experience with Hulu via an Amazon Fire Stick?
I do and it's not good. I did a free trial with Hulu last week using the fire stick. They have about 60 channels and I could get about 51 of them. I couldn't get any of the ESPN channels or Turner channels. My fire stick works with Direct Now and PS Vue so I'm assuming there is something wrong with Hulu. It's a good value if your fire stick receives all the channels.

Seattle Hawk, please post if you try Hulu's free trial. I would like to know someone else's results using the Amazon fire stick.

Tell the pricks at Comcast you are cancelling the contract since they breached the terms by changing their channel lineup mid contract. You didn't sign up for what they are now offering. Bait and switch.
