Well it better happen or Iowa will fall further behind. It's a new era and Kirk better hit the portal for difference makers. You build a new team every year now so loading up on skill positions, especially QB, is mandatory. There isn't a top team without a really good to great QB and 1 great receiver.

I don't think USC and UCLA get as much revenue as Iowa and NIL will be percentage of revenue. True, Iowa will not
be able to compete with OSU,Michigan,PSU unless some Hawk becomes a billionaire.
The easy thing to do is add $5 to a ticket price. With 5-6 home games, that adds a lot. Can we not do this?
I’m not a big Swarm guy, but I’ve come to the conclusion that the people that start these threads are either not contributing to Swarm or are the ones contributing $250. Don’t get me wrong, $250 is still $250, but I don’t think they’re gonna miss you’re $250. In fact, they probably prefer you not donate so they don’t have to hear you complain.
Serve bottom level keg beer for cheap as **** and as much as you can for I don’t know 10 cents over cost.

I don’t have enough faith in KF to know how to use top level talent even if he had it with all kinds of NIL money and the players it will buy. He is just too risk averse on offense side of the ball regardless if he had five star talent

Every time I think about donating to the swarm, I think about what $500 would get me for bourbon, a steak dinner or wine. There’s no direct ROI for the swarm even though we need everyone to donate to have a chance. But then I think about a chance at what? Our best case scenario is stay relevant as a top 15-30 team.
Will probably need to raise ticket prices what is needed for the upcoming revenue sharing. That is outside of NIL
But he still was able to count the season opening win by Seth Wallace as his own!!!!And got himself a one game suspension in the process!
