Thank you Iowa! I was very psyched as an Eagles fan when we stole him in the draft. He’s been way better than I even thought he’d be.
Not bad for a small town Iowa kid

He'll be signing that one a few times. This is a good pic
That was a great clip, thanks for sharing.NFL Films clip of the Pick-6. The voice overlay is Merrill Reese, Eagles PbP legend. Merrill is 82 and has been doing Eagles games for 45 years. He’s lost his commentating fastball but he still has his amazing voice.
You guys still don't get it. It was an illegal fair catch signal. This PROVES it wasn't a fair catch!!!![]()
I think you're the one who doesn't "get it". During replay they are only allowed to adjudicate the "call on the field". The call was, that he may have stepped out of bounds, which replay showed clearly that he had NOT. They are not allowed to "reofficiate" the game from the replay booth. They are not allowed to call penalties not called during play. This call is a perfect example of why that is. They spent about 7 or 8 minutes flipping through a dusty old rules manual to come up with some obscure and fuzzy hard to understand explaination of just what a fair catch is, when he was never flagged for that, and so they should not have been "reofficating" a call not made on the field. Thats not the job of replay officials. They went beyond the scope of their responcibility, and interjected themselves into the outcome of the game. You guys still don't get it. It was an illegal fair catch signal.
That’d be awesome….👍First a Falcon, then a Hawk, now an Eagle.
I think he should make the point and arm swirl that got the punt called back his signature celebration
I actually thought he was going to bust that first Super Bowl PR! Timmy Dwight was more reckless, but they are both cut from the same cloth…😉I expect him to have an even bigger impact in the return game next year. I still think he was acclimating himself to the pro game for at least half the season. He needs to trust his talent because he more than belongs in the league.
I remember how athletically “cocky” (in a good way) he was at Iowa. He knew he could change a game at any time.
What he and his secondary mate, Quinyon Mitchell, did as 1st year guys in the secondary is so rare.
