Copper River Salmon

Is there anything on this earth that compares to a nice sockeye filet from the Copper River?

We're lucky enough to get them flown in daily during peak season. I grilled up a few this afternoon and went full Peter North on my patio. Had to get the pressure washer out and hose it down.

Couldn't pull the trigger at Hy-Vee. They were asking $34.99 per pound. Hell, sushi-grade ahi tuna is only $13.99!
