The guy pleaded guilty to a sexual creeper charges, and he’s back on the team.

Strange, although these campaign guys operate in the shadows. It won't matter to hardly anyone. The wingnuts probably didn't know or care the Orange Turd hardly had a Cabinet most of the last year or so of his administration.
It's clear the current strategy is reeling right now with the staff assembled.
I'm not sure what Lewandowski contributed in 2016, but I imagine Trump didn't want anyone fired immediately as it would be confirmation things are chaotic and in shambles.
For now, it was probably easier to ADD than TERMINATE.
