Been out-ish the last three-to-four days with a bout of COVID. This is my first time testing positive. Luckily started experiencing symptoms last Saturday, so should be good to go this weekend with the new five and five protocol. I'm feeling much better physically to this point.
Anyone else who has had it -- did you experience the COVID brain fog at all? Any solutions? My short-term memory is all sorts of whack.
