This data comes from the North Dakota DOH website as of 2/3/22. The state has a great dashboard you can access here with a lot of pertinent information and is really easy to follow, also I live here so it's of interest to me. Disclaimer: I understand the data represent an extremely small subset of the U.S. population so interpret it as you wish.

There's been 228,087 confirmed postive tests in North Dakota since the start of the pandemic. 150,048 of these people have recovered from infection more than 90 days ago. The following data is based on this number.
7.143% (10,718) have been re-infected
0.0886% (133) have been hospitalized
0.0193% (29) have died. Almost all deaths have been in the 80+ population; that info is only shown graphically on the dashboard so I don't have raw numbers.

355,651 individuals in North Dakota are fully vaccinated.
12.837% (45,654) have become infected
0.257% (914) have been hospitalized
0.0630% (224) have died

168,075 individuals in North Dakota are boosted
5.088% (8,522) have become infected
0.0768% (129) have been hospitalized
0.0173% (29) have died

The main caveat with these numbers is time after infection, 2nd dose, or booster dose isn't taken into consideration. For example, what would the numbers look like if you could break it down like this; 50-100 days after recovery, 2nd dose, or booster dose x% of people in each of those categories were subject to re-infection. Anyway, feel free to tear apart.
