Anyone have the pleasure of have coworkers who freak out of break down any time works stress ratchets up a bit? A coworker basically starts hyperventilating any time something is asked that might have a tight deadline or different than whatever routine she is already in.
I'm all for being accommodating, trying to emphasize, etc but I'm in starting to think folks are being too coddled in the workplace.
(I know, most people here have built their own multi-billion dollar businesses and don't deal with coworkers)
