waters over I-29 between Missouri Valley and Council Bluffs, so the water's coming.

Not even close.

Supposed to top off around 18.5 feet, which means it won't even cover all of River Drive.

Believe 93 topped out over 23 feet.

flood stage at Davenport, Iowa.

Bottom Line: After the flood of 1993, the city of Davenport
took significant measures to alleviate flood conditions in their
area.
