Shouldn't he be back soon? Sorry I haven't had much time this year to follow basketball as closely as usual. It sucks that his career has been injury after injury after injury. I'd love to have his game experience back and his senior leadership.

He's been back played in 2 games but has had some swelling in his knee again....i expect he'll join Jok for senior day and hang up the sneakers.
We need a roster spot for next year. Feel bad that he never really had an opportunity, but the writing is on the wall. He will never get playing time at Iowa. Just the worst luck, injury wise, i can remember.
Hopefully he is all set to graduate, and can grad transfer if he wants to play somewhere next year.

Really feel bad for the kid, but we simply don't have room on our roster for yet another big in an already congested front court, with two very good players coming in. Somebody HAS to leave in our bottom four, unless we redshirt an even better player (Nunge, Garza) next year. And even those guys will have to fight for and earn playing time. I hope Jones makes his own decision, and doesn't have to be let go.
