Hope it's not true and the kid at least visits Iowa before making his final choice. For the kids sake, I hope he doesn't become another wasted DL talent at the University of Nebraska...other than Suh they tend to under utilize and under develop this position.

Iowa has more defensive linemen in the NFL than Nebraska; in addition these players were recruited and coached by the current Iowa staff.

Just last year they had two drafted in the first three rounds. I guess I don't get your logic here. Similar to me saying Iowa doesn't produce offensive lineman to the NFL

Why say it as the first 3 rounds? You know damn well Nebraska hasn't had a player drafted in the first round in 5 years.

I'll repost this in case people missed it in between the Neb/IA pissing match.

Daniels is taking an official visit to Iowa Oct. 1 with Eno and Calloway. It's got to help that Daniels is going to come up with a couple top 100 recruits from Dallas, Calloway being his teammate at Bishop Dunne.

That is big that Daniels is visiting with his good friend Calloway. that could be what puts Iowa on top for him. Hopefully anyway. I can see Iowa getting at least 2 commits out of this weekend; Maxwell and Corrales. I imagine Yeast will take more visits.
