Dakich and Doug gottlieb had a couple of great random Chris Kingsbury stories today.
1. Dakich told Knight to recruit Kingsbury to Indiana, and knight went to Kingsbury's hotel when they were supposed to meet and Kingsbury wasn't ready. Knight went to the hotel room door, his mom answered, and he heard Kingsbury yelling at her from bed, Knight said nice to meet you and left. Then he chewed out Dakich for 30 minutes for making him go all the way to the hotel to recruit that POS...
2. Gottlieb says Kingsbury chose #14 at Iowa because he liked 7 and 7.

Yes. Dakich is a moron. I actually listened to his show out of Indianapolis a few years ago and felt dirty and dumber after I did. And, God bless J-Bo, I'll always cheer any Hawk who goes out and competes for the home team, but, move on, kid.
Let’s be clear here. She cashed in BIG BIG BIG time. We should all learn something from her. Do I like how she’s promoted herself? Doesn’t matter. Hear that change rattling in her pockets? Nope. Because it’s paper.

Dakich was at it way back when he coached in the MAC. He was well known for his obnoxious interactions with away game fans during the games. They, in turn, loved to egg him on.

And? Should I care that she cashed in? Unfortunately , it happens a lot now, doesn't mean I have to like watching some Ass clown waving her finger at Clark and chasing her around the court, or quite frankly even worse the countless people who chimed in to her defense, none of them bothering to include even ONE shred of context about just how all that went down because it didn't fit the narrative they wanted out there, that this was some kind of example of the difference between how whites and blacks are treated in America. Another totally baseless and false claim which only worsens the divide between the races.
In the end, she got to cash in, and there's nothing then anyone can do about it. Doesn't mean I have to think its a good thing that this is where we have sunk as a society....
