Definitive Kammie history summary

1. Enconsed is a little much with the amount of movement and then divorce. Not to mention, the schools of the Midwest do not generally invoke thoughts of the "ivory" tower moniker. Those schools are not disconnected or isolated from the real world.

She moved back to California at the age of 6. She lived in Palo Alto and visited Nigeria, Jamaica, and India as a youth. Affluence.

One of the parents taught at Northwestern University… later her father worked at Stanford…not ivory tower enough? Dude.

You aren’t trying hard enough.

I didn’t know she failed the bar exam. I have read and heard interviews that have said she doesn’t really like to deep dive and prepare for things, and then blamed staff when something goes poorly, and that is part of the reason for the high turnover in her office. However, I don’t think anyone could read less and be less knowledgeable about things than Trump.

The author has trouble distinguishing between objectively and verifiably true facts versus presumptions, assumptions, half-truths, and educated guesses.
I'm interested in what the facts are on any of the 21 points you seem to think are presumptions, assumptions, half truths, or educated guesses.

Are you able to accurately refute any of the points directly or just whole cloth deny this?

Well, let's look at 8. Kamala was judged the most liberal senator in 2019, but the "fact" listed by the author does not make that designation. As you requested, that would be an example of a half-truth.

FACT CHECK: Was Kamala Harris Ranked The Most Liberal Senator By GovTrack?

A post shared on X by Republican Florida Rep. Mike Waltz claims Vice President Kamala Harris was once ranked the most liberal senator by GovTrack.

Verdict: True
This claim is true. GovTrack ranked Harris as the most liberal senator in 2019.
Fact Check:

Harris held her first rally since former President Joe Biden withdrew his candidacy for President and endorsed her, according to Associated Press. The vice president has also received several more key Democrats’ support, including House Democrat leader Hakeem Jefferies, and her campaign has received more than $100 million in donations, the outlet reported.
A post from Waltz claims GovTrack ranked Harris as the most liberal senator. He also compared Harris to other popular Democrats.
“Reminder: Kamala Harris is ranked the MOST LIBERAL left wing Senator by non-partisan GovTrack,” the post reads. “She’s to the left of Bernie and Elizabeth Warren. She is the Squadron Commander for the Squad!”
This claim is accurate. An archived version of the GovTrack Report Card for 2019 ranked then-California Sen. Harris as the “most politically left.” In 2020, she was ranked second most politically left behind Democratic Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders. Joshua Tauberer, founder of GovTrack, told Check Your Fact that GovTrack used to publish legislator “report cards” based on a single calendar year at the end of the first year of a two-year Congress.
“The statistic that Rep. Waltz is referring to was based on a single calendar year,” Tauberer said. “Several years ago we discontinued creating new single-calendar-year ‘report cards’: We determined that the limited data available in a single year was not sufficient to create a reliable portrait of the activity of legislators, particularly given the ebbs and flows of the legislative calendar, and therefore did not serve as a useful tool to our users and the American public.”
Tauberer referred Check Your Fact to Harris’ page on the site, which he said is the “most reliable co-sponsorship ideology analysis relevant” to the topic, as well as a page for “biennial report cards based on complete two-year data for each Congressional session.” The graph, titled “Ideology-Leadership chart” showed Harris as one of the top-10 most left-leaning scorers on the chart between 2017 and 2022.
Attacks against the incumbent vice president have intensified shortly after she was endorsed by Biden. Republican vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance correctly claimed Harris and Biden suspended deportations and halted construction of the border wall on the first day of the administration.

it's less of a "half truth"...more of a "deliberately looking at a very specific data set - one year in this case - because it provided the preferred conclusion"

kamala harris was a senator for 4 years...anyone can look up their report cards

for each of the 2-year congressional periods, she ranked below bernie sanders (one time she was second to him, the other she was fifth)

i'd say it's fair to present her as "among the most liberal senators"...i don't think its fair to say govtrack shows her to be to the left of bernie or the most liberal senator of that period

but, of course, that's only if you're interested in overall characterization of her senate tenure...if you're trying to roll out a campaign gotcha talking point, that's way too complicated and contextual
