I bet we all have these projects around the house. Got to one this morning. A floor air vent wouldn't completelysit in the opening becuase the ductwork was slightly bent. Took 30 seconds to bend it back. Had been sitting like that for 3 years.

I wanted to vaccuum out a vent once. Had some nasties in there. Couldn't pull the vent cover up. Still pending....

I changed a battery in the downstairs smoke alarm today.

It started "chirping" after it worked just fine for the smoke from our oven fire this morning!

Sucks when they decide to start chirping at 3 AM.
