Denouncing campus protests, House GOP pushes divisive antisemitism bill

Yeah, well, a concept that you can hopefully appreciate - crazy people rarely self identify as crazy. For example, the Q people don't think they're believers in an especially loony fantasy, they think they're in on the real deal that is contrary to the approved narrative.

On that note, what is your theory on the "approved narrative"?
Well, It's odd you can turn on the news in Iowa and the news in Florida and get word for word the exact same thing like in the link here:

as seen on the Joe Rogan show

OR

during covid, going against the approved narrative such as saying covid came from a lab and not from a bat could see your account suspended or demonitized for sharing misinformation. Of course now that the narrative on that has changed so has that.

is this just a snippet of the "approved narrative" theory because this doesn't seem like a complete or well rounded and certainly not well supported or convincing theory.

What might help you develop your theory is to consider the W's.

Who?
What?
Where?
When?
Why?

I do realize that actually making the case is probably not as fun as just faithfully believing, so I understand if you'd prefer not to.

Are you one of the totally anti, anti-semitism posters who has pushed lies about George Soros? It's so weird that the party leadership pushing this legislation has Soros bashers and misinformation specialists in its ranks.

I don't faithfully believe in anything but God. It's others who take what they hear on Fox News, MSNBC (all 5 people who watch it) or read the AP stories and think they're getting the truth.

Got it, there's god and then doing your research.
This is where I might sound conspiratorial, I don't believe in doing your own research unless you have the time and resources to do that. Searching the web for answers isn't doing your own research. If you want to know if the covid vaccines are truly safe and effective, you're not going to find that answer on google or duck duck go or whatever search engines people are using. You could set up your own RCTs and see what your results are... that would be doing your own research.

I do believe in asking the questions. If the news says 4 people died in a house fire... that's the news. I might then question what started the fire?

How do you discern the difference between the news and the approved narrative?

Four people dying in a house fire, you've concluded... that's the news, but how do you know it's not just the "approved narrative"?

Is it instinctual like a gut feeling?

Typical MAGA. I'm not interested in gathering information as long as the information I agree with aligns with what I believe.

I determine it by whether or not there are consequences for questioning it.

CLAIM: Democratic philanthropist George Soros was a Nazi soldier

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. A photo said to be George Soros as a Nazi soldier is actually a photo of Oskar Groening, a former SS sergeant at Auschwitz Birkenau, the Nazi German concentration and extermination camp, operated from 1940-1945 in Poland.

THE FACTS: A photo circulating widely on Facebook is not Soros, but a young Oskar Groening, a former SS sergeant who became known as the “Accountant of Auschwitz.,” according to information provided to The Associated Press by the Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau in Poland.

Soros, who was just 9-years-old when Hitler’s army invaded Poland, was not a member of the Nazi party, despite what the photo said. Soros, who is Jewish and Hungarian, was 15 during the Nazi occupation of Hungary. He would have been too young to join the Hitler Youth, an organization that recruited and trained 16- and 17-year-old boys to fight.

According to false information with the photo, Soros was an SS in the National Socialist German workers party and served under Adolf Hitler and Heinrich Himmler. The information also claimed,”He said it was the best time of his life. The destruction and agony around him was euphoric to him.”

Soros did not say that the destruction and agony was “euphoric” to him. This quote derives from Groening’s testimony in 2015, when he said his enthusiasm for the Nazi objective had evolved into “euphoria.”

Does it make you feel good to type MAGA? Do you walk around stores saying to yourself oh there's one of those MAGA people who believe humans with a dick are men?

I determine it by whether or not there are consequences for questioning it.

Who doles out the consequences? (You might notice I used one of the W's) Identifying the parties involved is essential in fleshing out your "approved narrative" theory.

What are some of the consequences you've faced? I'm assuming loss of reputation is one you consistently face. What are some others?

Translation = Ciggy defends the Nazi as if on cue.

No, I try not to judge a book by its cover. I usually let the book open it's mouth and remove all doubt, which you've done multiple times. If only MAGA took the same approach with trans people as we took with MAGAs. Ignore the assholes when possible (which is a majority of MAGA)

You seem like an expert on the subject, perhaps as one yourself you know all the tell tale signs.

Thanks, is Facebook behind all of the "approved narratives" or are there others as well?

Assuming this is limited to Facebook, do you know who within Facebook determined the narrative and who approves it? Committee? Shareholders? I can't imagine it's rank and file employees.

If I had to guess, it's probably Zuckerberg, his uhh type is often the perpetrator in these type of theories.

Do you have a hard time identifying assholes? You probably just consider them acquaintances as they align with your behavior.
No, I can't say that I have any issues identifying an asshole or a woman... can you say the same?

From what I've heard in committee hearings in congress... social media sites have been colluding with government agencies to regulate mis and disinformation hate speech, etc.

If you post a picture of Hunter Biden in his undies... you will go to jail for 30 days. I haven't done that but I do know people who have.

Interesting, do you know if Rivals is in on it too? I've noticed posters have been banned and threads deleted when they post "illicit" pictures, which sounds similar to what Facebook is up to.

Regarding what you've heard in committee hearings in congress, how did you know to trust that information rather than disregarding it as being part of the "approved narrative"?
