Don't think Brust was there in the 2015 Final Four. He finished up 2014 just as Devin Marble finished up that year for us.
As far as the article, I don't think he gave Ryan credit , he simply said this Iowa team, while the style is different from Wisconsin, does resemble Bo's teams with few turnovers and more threes, and in short, offensive efficiency. Never said Bo had anything to do with it. You're looking for things. And, while no one could say Ryan was loveable, likewise no one can say he couldn't coach

Chad is a pretty big Hawkeye supporter so I don't think he was trolling Iowa fans. While Bo could be kind of a dick, he was a very good coach and being compared to his teams is a compliment.

Fran, his coaches, his players and the majority of HAWKEYE Fans have ZERO interest in being compared to the Grinch. And another thing, did IOWA put up a whissy-fit when Brust transferred? The Grinch cried, stomped his feet and refused to allow Jarrod to transfer out.
The Grinch will always be remembered, in Iowa, as one of the biggest Putzes in BIg10 history.
