Did James Ferentz get in the game tonight?

Um don't care I hate the ponies
Get used to them. SUPER BOWL CHAMPS.

Boring game. Wrong two teams. Dull.
Worst super bowl since 1996.
Everybody tuned in to Donald Trump - some excitement at least.
Poor execution. Did I say boring

My wife actually had James in class in junior high. His doodling at that time was to draw up football plays. They probably got vetoed by dad or KOK, but still kind of fun to see a kid with a football mind like that. And then to know he was moving furniture for a year at a local furniture store for a year hoping to get a chance is pretty special. Having a dad and brother with NFL connections probably didn't hurt the chances of getting a second chance but still a good story.

Was Wegher hurt? saw him next to Jonathan Stewart wearing street clothes I thought he was on active roster.

He was only active 1 maybe a couple games. I think late in the year when Stewart was out he dressed. He made the roster out of camp but was not active all season

My Bronco buddy says he played on special teams last night, but no offense.

Snaps this year: 55 special teams, 10 offense.
He must have some potential because he went from the waiver wire to second team. Kubiak said that James is very much like Pardis, the starting center, in that he is a center by trade and that they cannot really plug him in at any other OL position.

The game actually played out a lot like some "ugly" Hawkeye wins. This year's Wisconsin game, for example. Actually if Newton had led a game winning drive instead of fumbling when down 6 it may have ended up similar to the CCG

Not only did he get in, but he matched Peyton Manning's TD numbers, while throwing one less interception.

He was listed as active all season. I believe someone on another thread earlier in the year said that there are two or three active players who do not dress each game. I do not know if that is true but I did spot checks all season and he was always listed as active. Hopefully someone can expound on this. I was always curious about it myself.

I do not believe he dressed at all. Also the last time I looked he had no statistics.

Not that it really matters, active and not dressed or inactive but they have him listed as inactive on every game recap except week 17 and the NFL has an inactive list for each game and he is on it. I know he dressed week 17 but did not have any stats.

He does come in on short yardage or goal line situations as an extra blocker.

53 men are in the active roster.

However, only 45 are activated each game. So every game there will be 7 guys designated as inactive and the 8th guy as the emergency QB (if he enters the game then other 2 QBs cannot return).

He made it on the Ellen Show yesterday. The only reason I know this is because the Ellen Show was on where I work.

Thanks. That explains why the list I checked off and on during the season showed him as active. I didn't realize only 45 players dressed.
