Genius!

"IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) - The Iowa City Federal Building was listed among more than 440 federal buildings across the country the Trump Administration deemed “non-core,” or not essential to government operations, on Tuesday.

The list also included the Neal Smith Federal Building in Des Moines, the FBI headquarters and the main Department of Justice building.

The Associated Press reports the list was later revised with the list cut down to 320 entries, but by Wednesday morning, the list was pulled entirely - replaced by a page that reads, “Non-core property list (Coming soon).”

I need @Nole Lou to tell me how this is really a good thing as govt is wasteful.

You missed this question in that thread.
I need you to tell me:
How much is one's 'fair share'?
I'm sure you don't think equal is fair, but would one's 'fair share' be higher than their share of income?

I feel very sorry for you. You have no capability to process mentally process anything, and have zero theory of mind for other people.

I literally posted an article, by a Democrat, talking about how poorly Doge was doing, and that Democrats need to get government working again properly. There are currently tons of progressives focused on the same issues. Look up "abundance agenda" or "effective government" and it's a movement in the Democratic party to shift focus from identity politics and special interests to effective government action. Making sure government delivers on it's promise. There's nothing progressive about not building housing, not delivering on green infrastructure, etc. If you are making the case for higher taxes and the positive deliverables of government, you have to deliver on the latter.

I didn't make up the premise. And it's as interested as I've been in anything from the left side of the aisle in decades, and comes at a time when Republicans have never stood for less. I'm fascinated by the the premise, and I'm more disenchanted than ever at the performance of the private businesses, charities and NGOs that the "small government" crowd have always supported offloading government interests too. I've never been more open to the idea that maybe some of the things that are important to us as a country SHOULD come back under the wing of the government. But only if it can deliver.

I've been posting for a couple years about having become a build nothing society and it's negative impact on the country. And this wing of democrats are the only ones speaking on it. They have my attention. I am not interested/impressed in the DOGE approach at all.

I literally posted these words:

DOGE seems to have little interest in actually improving government and making it more efficient, rather just interested in destroying it.

It's really sad that you have a list of posters that you simply put a "bad" checkmark next to, and it's even more pathetic that I'm on it. Of course I will say things that you or other far left folks disagree strongly with, you're welcome to disagree.

But to literally misconstrue what I've explicitly said? You are nothing more than a troll.
