Disappointing tournament teams

Ranking team's expected wins through the regional finals with their actual wins. Ironically, three of the worst 12 performing teams in the last 5 tournaments have also won titles.
Virginia has 4 appearances; a title and 3 first round exits.
Baylor has 4 appearances; a title and 3 second round exits.
Kansas has 5 appearances; a title, a final four, and three second round exits.
Arizona has 3 appearances; a Sweet 16 and two first round exits.

Fran had a decent stretch where I think they won ONE game every tournament for like 4 straight appearances. Typically with 6-11 type seeds, so meeting or exceeding expectations of the SEED. He was looking like the modern Dr. Tom.... Always winning one.

21' and 22' are the issue and why fans are pissed off. A single sweet 16 in those years and there is drastically less b*tching going on.

Also, as we have REALLY seen this year, anyone can go on a run in the tournament and yet Iowa hasn't been able to string together TWO wins since 1999. Kind of an impossible stat line.
