Years ago I heard that referred to as a "fortification" syndrome or effect, but when I tried googling that I struck out.
Mine are very infrequent and not painful. Don't like them, but they are interesting to observe.If you're not having results with your current brand, maybe try 2 capsules of mine per day of my favorite brand for 3 months and see how you feel.
