I will go with the QB that has not lost a start. Him and our defense and running game make me feel pretty good about this game.

It can't happen because we're going to go 11-1 and tie an 11-1 NW team that we beat to get into the title game. There are people in other threads that want NW to beat Michigan so that our win over them will make our 11-1 convincing enough to get into the playoffs.

The alternative is for us to simply go 12-0 and make the playoffs with no trouble.

People worried about things like this aren't too worried about Illinois. Illinois? Hah!

You realize Iowa handed them one of those 2 losses, right? Their only loss before that was versus Alabama and they played with them for a good portion of that game.

I haven't seen anyone saying Iowa CANNOT lose this game.

You might be confusing me with Debbie Downer - I am very optimistic about the game tomorrow. I just happen to think its possible we could lose.

No, even if 100% of the fan base in the entire Hawkeye nation thought it absolutely impossible to lose to Illinois it would not increase the Illini's chances to win.
