Does Tulsi get confirmed? Or is Snowden a traitor?

With all the coverage of the airline crash last night, the confirmation hearings today were a little off to the side.

Looks like Tulsi isn't able to say Snowden is a traitor. This might sink her but Im not sure, I've lost faith in the Senate to be an equal branch. Im leaning to her NOT being confirmed. What says HBOT? Also, traitor or not?

Also, because of rules. Striking (too much makeup in general IMO), but also looks a bit like a Bond villain.
