The best external indicator of a guy's size is his size. Trump is an above average sized guy, he's likely working with more than average sized parts all over his body.

I'm aware, but it is the most true as h-hawk's research supports. In general you will find bigger parts on bigger people and its the only visible factor that would provide any reliable clue as to what is under the clothes.
Maybe if you go by overall build, but not just height. Tallest definitely not the biggest.
