Down goes #5 Xavier, and Duke getting hammered

Xavier, after beating #1 Villanova a few day ago, loses to unranked Seton Hall today by nine. The mayhem in the top 10 continues.

Meanwhile, #15 Duke is trailing @ Pitt, 39-32 at the half. (Pitt now leading 48-33 with 16 minutes to go.)

Eight of the Top Ten teams have lost this week.

Hawkeyes need to play with their own sense of desperation. A Big Ten title and high seed in Des Moines seem like adequate motivation.
