That Moody for being rough around the edges has come a long ways this year. Maybe he is a diamond in the rough.
Great athlete. When I have seen him wrestle, he has spurts of greatness followed by periods of mediocrity. In my limited observations, if he can consistently put 7 minutes of good fundimental wrestling together every time out there without lapses, he would be a handful for most.
Not sure if his major deficiency is that he is 1) rough around the edges/inexperienced or 2) unable to avoid lapses in effort/concentration.

Does Joey Gunther earn any respect? Could he be 165 lbs'er next year? I've watched him, he's tough, heard from others, he's tough.

FYI: Kemerer destroyed Dante Rodruigez from ISU who made nationals last year and won at least one match.
True that he gets no respect. B Paddock went 1-2 today. One was an OT loss to Early though.
Not sure but when he came to Iowa he had only wrestled 4 years of high school. Quite sure he was a walk on.
Regardless of the score being wrong. Glosser has been impressive this year. Pretty sure almost all of his losses have been to Kemmerer. Thought he would be a 141 pounder so maybe he isn't cutting much weight this year.

It appears DanteR's days at 141 are over for ISU. So here is what Jackson is facing at the 141/149 mess that is ISU wrestling... Meeks ain't cutting it at 141 so Boston should be the guy and Moreno isn't cutting it at 149 so DanteR should be the starter there. Problem is the Moreno connection at ISU is strong, so Gabe likely gets the spot even tho there are better options. DanteR had his shirt burned and then gets screwed by Jackson.
I'll make this prediction right now... DanteR isn't wrestling at ISU next season if KJ is still the coach.
