E Verify

I see a lot of posters missing the fact that the issue that led to this was the e verify process.

Not the employer, not because he was Mexican, not because he was a man, etc...

He was able to work here because of a broken system that uses e-verify to employ “legal” workers.

Does anyone with firsthand knowledge have a good idea of how e verify works? How it can be beat by illegals?

Also what can we do to fix this problem in regards to e verify?
