Ed Cunningham 1st Broadcaster To Say Iowa's Really Good

Ed Cunningham is one of those broadcasters that does not sugar coat anything. For him to say a lot of good things about Iowa was appreciated. Have to laugh at one of the hosts on the initial playoff broadcast by ESPN say how " in the realm of this world " can Iowa be # 9. Enjoy it while you can, as Minnesota looks like a tough opponent.

Iowa was well presented by the two ESPN announcers today.
They appreciate the coaching of Ferentz because he sends
offensive linemen to the NFL. They also liked the family tree
of C.J. Beathard. I appreciated the announcers because
they did not focus on themselves.

I think Ed Cunningham and Mike Patrick are the two best announcers in the business.

Ed loves Iowa.

He did in the Cap One bowl and he certainly did yesterday. Other than for playing well I'm not sure why he would like the Hawks so much, but he is a nice counterbalance.
