Elon does it again!

Autonomous or teleoperated

So no AI driving it?

There’s plenty of utility to a robot that someone can strap into VR and ‘drive’ in dangerous or even just remote places, but the real promise is in some sense of autonomy. Unless I’m supposed to pay some kid in Bangladesh to wear a VR and rake my yard for 10 cents.

I guess aside from the shuffling column out the door this was all remote control?

No human interaction / intelligence AI yet. That will come when Grok / xAI tech becomes incorporated into them.

First Tesla needs to acquire 5% of xAI, but I gather the sham pay package shareholder lawsuit that has been ridiculously held up in court for 3 years needs to be settled first.

Then Grok in the bots and also your personal car assistant.

So the earlier vids where they were carrying boxes around and sorting parts into bins, were they being remotely operated?

Great question, I believe some simple physical tasks are being slowly trained into the NNs but I’m not entirely sure which ones are prime time ready and which aren’t at this point.

When their eyes turn red, you know that means you are in danger.

Not a hater of the original Elon and how things were going originally but seeing this rolling out fake robots and some silly bus hastily made mockups after the failure of cyber truck is a pretty pathetic display of huckster behavior.

The previous “folding laundry” video was proven to be “faked” (remote operated).

Lol. It wasn’t faked, you could see the operator in the video and in other videos. How do you think they train the behaviors? God some people are ridiculously gullible. Maybe it is the hater disposition I don’t know?

Did you notice the quotes around faked, along with the words inside the parenthesis? Who is being gullible? Link below to original video and discussion on remote operation. “You can see the operator in the video” is a little disingenuous to what was actually shown (and what was intended to be shown). They called got called on it/questioned, then responded/confirmed it was being teleoperated. My post you quoted is completely accurate. Continue being a blind fanboy though.

Cybertruck failure? Where are you people getting your disinformation from? Good God people.

Outselling every other EV truck, combined.

Outperforming every other truck, EV or ICE.

The rated range is 340, this driver is experiencing 420 miles range.

What, in your view, would constitute success?

Not that I want to defend Elon or anything, but do we know these things are fake or are we just believing rando's on social media again without bothering to check anything?

Because AI and robots can do some pretty amazing things already:
