Sounds like King still plays with a chip on his shoulder after getting denied by the Mich schools. I like it! The kid was obviously a talent even at the high school level, setting a state record for interceptions. We were lucky to land him, and it was due to a satellite camp held in Michigan where we spotted him.

Maybe....but he still got burned a few times.

Point being, he might've been the "only one playing" that day, but he probably didnt walk away feeling like he put on his absolute best performance either.......

True, but against that offense with the way the rest of the defense played I thought he looked frustrated. Always having to run people down from behind or running across the field to make tackles. Granted I was three sheets by halftime
