ESPN Puts Iowa On Alert...

Kirk Ferentz is still the Coach. He's lost 12 times as a double-digit favorite during his tenure (which happens to everyone at some point, but 12 is a lot in that timeframe, IMO). So yeah, every game has an element of "we could lose" to it. Regardless of opponent.

But this time he has C.J. Beathard to back him up, and a couple of damn fine running backs. As long as C.J. is upright and healthy, I like our chances against anybody, and certainly against the Biscuits this week.

Agreed, I feel like this teams mindset is different. Might have something to do with the captains. I'd like a woodshed beating for NDSU AND for all the reporters who troll the B1G. Let's be honest, that's all it is... well and their SEC first and always mentality.
