Who is the best coach? The one that has 16 recruits in the top 244 before even one Iowa recruit is rated or the one who can coach up the lower rated recruits and win with them. I would take our coaches over any other staff in the big 10. Could the other top programs win as many games as Ferentz has with the players he has. I doubt it. Would I like to have higher rated players, sure but they do a great job with what we have. Iowa has only 3 in the top 300 but they have more playing the the NFL playoffs than any other team.
