Here's the thing, lets for the sake of discussion say it is a both sides issue. Their is no trust between the two sides so why would one try to meet the other in the middle if they feel they will be taken advantage of and there will be no reciprocation? Can anyone honestly say at this point in time in our history that any kind of compromise can be reached?
