I've seen it stated that Saban at Alabama realized that he needed to change, whereas Kirk is too stubborn. Not a valid comparison. Saban knows he can get 4-5 star recruits to run a more high powered offense while Kirk doesn't have that luxury. How are all the midlevel teams that have gone to the spread or RPO doing compared to Iowa?
