Family of woman killed by an alligator in West Palm Beach sue the housing complex owner.

Gloria Serge was killed last year by an alligator that had been living for months in a retention pond at her complex. It is alleged that staff members were feeding the alligator, and that complex rules forced pet owners to walk close to the edge of the water. The gator came out of the pond, pulled her into the pond, where she drowned after briefly surfacing.
Sh** way to go, that's for sure. Thoughts on the merits of her case?

I think the complex is in trouble if they knew of the danger and didn't get it removed.
