How the phone data was obtained is absolutely relevant. How did they obtain this information without a warrant? And there are multiple times when Wade was in the vicinity, but Willis was demonstrably somewhere else like her office. If Wade was only in this square mile or so because of her then why was he there multiple times when she was not?

Im not aware of this information. I’m sure the judge will assess the evidence and counter evidence.

As far as a warrant, are you suggesting they obtained it illegally? Surely the court would have been made aware of that if it’s true. If it was obtained from the carrier semi voluntarily under a subpoena it’s just as valid as if it was given under a warrant. Not a lawyer.

So far the defense has completely failed to prove that Willis benefitted financially from this appointment. That their relationship affected the case. And now the defense in introducing evidence seemingly obtained illegally and has in no way been verified. You don't see how any of this isnt in bad faith?

She lied about everything to everyone, even the judge. How is the court supposed to believe anything she claims going forward knowing she will say or do anything? You can't have a case where the prosecutor is a know liar because the accused obviously can't get a fair trial. What evidence will she hide or invent? What witnesses will she influence and how?
